What is captured
When you submit an inquiry through the hero on the home page, we capture your text, voice transcript (if you spoke), a reference to any audio you uploaded, plus technical context such as page, CTA, referrer, UTM, device, session ID, date/time and language.
Where it is stored
Your inquiry and consultation state are stored on your device (localStorage) so your session can resume after refresh or browser restart. This device-only storage will be complemented by secure server-side storage in a later phase.
Human handover
AIROS is designed to prepare a private consultation. A Tasweeq consultant may follow up on your inquiry using the information you provided.
Your controls
You can start a new consultation or dismiss the recovery banner at any time. Clearing your browser's site data for this site removes locally stored session information.
